Dan is fantastic - he went through my house and reviewed it in detail. He listed what improvements would mean the most for potential buyers, when the best time would be to list my house, what price would be realistic and attractive to buyers as well as how best to market the house. He's extremely knowledgeable about the market and he has a great eye for architectural details that can show off a house. I felt very comfortable asking all the questions I had - he has a great attitude and is easygoing. It was so nice to find a broker who didn't try to push me into a decision but laid out all the information I needed.

I have only had one dealing with Daniel; that was when I was visiting the area and specifically wanted to take a look at a condo in Sausalito. Daniel responded immediately to my call and within minutes came round to show us the unit. He was professional, courteous, and efficient in his follow-up. Whilst we did not purchase the unit, nevertheless I was impressed by Daniel's business ethics and would have enjoyed having worked with him in the future should we once again decide to look into the area.
